    * WINDS: FOR TODAY...SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS
    TO 45 MPH. FOR SUNDAY...SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST 25 TO 40 MPH WITH
    GUSTS TO 65 MPH. HIGHER GUSTS IN WIND PRONE AREAS.
    * IMPACTS: HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES SHOULD AVOID WIND PRONE AREAS
    SUCH AS HIGHWAY 395 FROM SUSANVILLE TO DOYLE...AND INTERSTATE
    580 THROUGH WASHOE VALLEY. WINDS WILL ALSO RESULT IN SEVERE
    TURBULENCE FOR AIRCRAFT FLYING THROUGH THE REGION.
