    * WHAT...Light to moderate snow. Additional snow accumulations
    of up to an inch north of Highway 70, with up to 3 inches
    south and west of Susanville and west of Highway 395.
    * WHERE...Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties.
    * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slushy or snow-covered roads,
    especially over passes west of Susanville and along Highways
    89 and 70. Be prepared for significant reductions in
    visibility at times.

    may fall as low as 1500 feet with more significant snow
    accumulations above 2500 feet.

    * WHAT...Periods of snow. Plan on difficult travel conditions.
    Additional snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches, with localized
    amounts up to 12 inches over higher mountains, are expected.
    Upper foothills could see an additional 1 to 4 inches.
    * WHERE...Portions of the northern Sierra...southern Cascade and
    Coastal Ranges.
