    SATURDAY AFTERNOON FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOWER HUMIDITY FOR THE
    LOWER COASTAL MOUNTAIN SLOPES...THE INLAND VALLEYS...AND INLAND
    ORANGE COUNTY...
    .Mostly weak offshore flow will continue into Saturday and be
    slightly stronger on Friday with strongest northeast gusts near
    the coastal foothills and below passes and canyons of around 35
    mph. Lowest daytime humidity on the lower coastal slopes of the
    mountains, the inland valleys, and inland Orange County will fall
    to around 15 percent on Friday and around 20 percent on Saturday
    with elevated fire weather conditions.

    SATURDAY AFTERNOON FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOWER HUMIDITY FOR THE
    LOWER COASTAL MOUNTAIN SLOPES...THE INLAND VALLEYS...AND INLAND
    ORANGE COUNTY...
    * WIND...Areas of northeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 35
    mph below passes and canyons and near the coastal foothills of
    the Santa Ana Mountains. Isolated gusts to 40 mph are possible
    on Friday morning.
    * HUMIDITY...Lowest daytime humidity of around 15 percent on
    Friday and 20 percent on Saturday with a good overnight
    recovery.
    * TIMING...Near critical fire weather conditions are possible near
    the windier locations on Friday below the Cajon and Banning
    Passes and near the coastal foothills of the northern Santa Ana
    Mountains with elevated fire weather conditions for Saturday
    morning.
    * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
    Outdoor burning is not recommended.
