645 PM PST FOR SAN BERNARDINO...RIVERSIDE AND ORANGE COUNTIES...
At 525 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated the bulk of the rain
occurring across the Inland Empire with the heaviest rain occurring
along the coastal slopes of the San Bernardino County mountains.
Much of the rain has ended across Orange County, but spotty light
showers will continue. Ponding of water is expected on area
roadways, even where the rain has just ended.
Some locations that will likely experience flooding include...
Riverside, San Bernardino, Fontana, Moreno Valley, and Ontario.
