    CONTINUE TODAY...
    .Surface high pressure over the Great Basin will bring periods of
    moderate to locally strong and gusty Santa Ana winds into this
    morning. Wind winds will decrease from north to south during the
    afternoon and early evening.
    ...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM PST THIS
    EVENING...
    * Winds...Areas of east to northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts
    to 55 mph. Isolated gusts to 65 to 75 mph.
    * Timing...Strongest and most widespread winds through this
    morning...then decreasing from north to south during the
    afternoon and early evening.
    * Location...Strongest winds in the coastal foothills of the Santa
    Ana Mountains...near the mountain ridge tops in the inland
    valleys in San Diego County...and in the Inland Empire below the
    Cajon and Banning Passes.
    * Visibility...Locally reduced in blowing dust at times in the
    inland valleys.
    * Impacts...The winds will make driving difficult...especially for
    motorists with high profile vehicles. Watch for broken tree
    limbs. Isolated property damage is possible with the stronger
    gusts.
