    .SANTA ANA WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON FOR THE
    PASSES...CANYONS AND COASTAL FOOTHILLS RESULTING IN LOW RELATIVE
    HUMIDITIES AND GUSTY WINDS. THIS WILL CREATE CRITICAL FIRE
    WEATHER CONDITIONS IN THOSE AREAS THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS.

    FOR STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITIES...
    * WIND...AREAS OF NORTHEAST TO EAST WINDS 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS
    OF 30 TO 35 MPH.
    * HUMIDITIES...5 TO 10 PERCENT.
    * OUTLOOK...WINDS WILL WEAKEN THIS AFTERNOON AND TURN ONSHORE
    MONDAY WITH INCREASING HUMIDITIES.
    * IMPACTS...CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR EXTREME FIRE BEHAVIOR
