    * WHAT...Scattered snow showers continuing this afternoon, then
    gradually tapering off late this evening. Additional snow
    accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are expected.
    * WHERE...San Bernardino County mountains above 5000 feet.
    * WHEN...Until 9 PM today.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for significant reductions in
    visibility at times, very slick roads with possible chain
    controls. Strong winds may also cause blowing snow and hazardous
    travel.

    A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
