    * WHAT...Heavy wet snow occurring. Plan on difficult travel
    conditions, including during the evening commute. Tree branches
    could fall as well. Additional wet snow accumulations of 4 to 8
    inches, with localized amounts up to 12 inches, are expected.
    * WHERE...Above 6000 feet early this afternoon. Snow levels
    falling to 5000 to 5500 feet this evening.
    * WHEN...Until 10 PM today.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for significant reductions in
    visibility at times.
