    /MIDNIGHT PDT/ TONIGHT...
    The Flash Flood Watch continues for
    * Portions of southwest Arizona and California, including the
    following areas, in southwest Arizona, Central La Paz and
    Parker Valley. In California, Chiriaco Summit, Chuckwalla
    Mountains, Chuckwalla Valley, Imperial County Southeast,
    Imperial Valley, Joshua Tree NP East, Joshua Tree NP West, and
    Palo Verde Valley.
    * Until midnight MST /midnight PDT/ tonight
    * Scattered showers and thunderstorms have the potential to
    redevelop this afternoon and this evening. Any storms that
    form will be capable of producing heavy rain and flash
    flooding.
    * Flooding of normally dry washes, low water crossings, and
    poorly drained intersections is likely. Be especially cautious
    at night when flash flood danger may be harder to see.
