    BASIN INTO WEDNESDAY. AN UPPER DISTURBANCE FROM THE NORTH WILL
    INCREASE THE COVERAGE OF SNOW SHOWERS INTO THIS EVENING...DECREASING
    LATE TONIGHT.
    ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM PDT
    WEDNESDAY...
    * SNOW LEVELS...FLUCTUATING BETWEEN 4000 AND 4500 FEET... BUT
    OCCASIONALLY AS LOW AS 3500 FEET.
    * TIMING...SNOW SHOWERS INCREASING INTO THIS EVENING...THEN
    DECREASING LATE TONIGHT.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES ABOVE 5000 FEET WITH LOCAL
    AMOUNTS AROUND 5 INCHES ABOVE 6000 FEET
    * WINDS...AREAS OF SOUTHWEST WINDS 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30
    MPH INTO THIS EVENING.
    * VISIBILITY...REDUCED AT TIMES.
    * IMPACTS...RESIDENTS AND TRAVELERS INTO HIGHER ELEVATIONS IN
