NORTHEASTERN SAN DIEGO COUNTY...
At 522 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. The threat of flash flooding is now
greatest 5 to 10 miles east of Borrego Springs along Highway S-22
where a severe thunderstorm is occurring. Canyons northwest of
Borrego Springs could continue to have flooding through about 600 PM.
