    SHIFTING TO THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY MOUNTAINS. THE GUSTY WESTERLY
    WINDS WILL BEGIN TO WEAKEN AFTER MIDNIGHT AND SHIFT TO THE
    NORTH...BECOMING STRONG AND GUSTY OVER THE RIDGES AND ALONG THE
    COASTAL SLOPES OF THE SAN BERNARDINO AND RIVERSIDE COUNTY MOUNTAINS.
    THE SNOW WILL END BY SUNUP ON TUESDAY.

    * SNOW LEVELS...NEAR 4000 FEET AND LOCALLY LOWER IN THE HEAVIER
    SHOWERS.
    * TIMING...DECREASING THIS EVENING OVER THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY
    MOUNTAINS...BUT CONTINUING THROUGH LATE TONIGHT IN SAN DIEGO
    COUNTY.
    * ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 3 INCHES ABOVE 3500
    FEET...MAINLY SAN DIEGO COUNTY.
    * WINDS...WEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH THIS EVENING IN
    SAN DIEGO COUNTY...BECOMING NORTH 10 TO 15 MPH AFTER MIDNIGHT.
    FOR THE NORTHERN MOUNTAIN AREAS...WEST WINDS 10 TO 20 MPH THIS
    EVENING...BECOMING NORTH AND INCREASING TO 20 TO 30 MPH AFTER
    MIDNIGHT.
