    * WINDS AND TIMING...NORTH WINDS BETWEEN 20 AND 30 MPH WITH GUSTS
    TO 40 MPH. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE BELOW PASSES AND CANYONS.
    * TEMPERATURE...THERE WILL BE THE POTENTIAL FOR TWO OR MORE HOURS
    OF TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 29 AND 32 DEGREES LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
    EARLY SUNDAY MORNING IN THE WIND SHELTERED AREAS.

    CAUSE SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE TO CROPS AND SENSITIVE VEGETATION...
