    Northern Lake County in central California...
    Southwestern Glenn County in central California...
    * Until 400 PM PDT.
    * At 1258 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy
    rain across portions of the Mendocino Complex burn scar. Flash
    flooding with debris flows are likely in the next few hours.
    Excessive rainfall over the warning area will cause mud slides
    near steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud,
    vegetation and other loose materials.

    Bartlett Creek, North Fork Cache Creek, Scott Creek, Soap Creek.

    At 515 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
    rain across the warned area. Radar estimates of up to an inch of
    rain have fallen northeast of the Truckee-Tahoe Airport in the
    last hour. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
    Excessive rainfall over the Farad burn scar may result in debris
    flow moving across Interstate 80. The debris flow can consist of
    rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.

    Prosser Creek Reservoir, Stampede Reservoir, Boca Reservoir,
    Glenshire-Devonshire Cdp, Floriston, Dog Valley, Hirschdale,
    Verdi-Mogul, Truckee, Lakeside Campground, Glenshire-Devonshire,
    Logger Campground, Boca Campground and Truckee-Tahoe Airport.

    * UNTIL 600 AM PST SUNDAY
    * AT 1154 PM PST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF VERY HEAVY RAIN
    MOVING INTO THE BUTTE FIRE BURN SCAR. FLASH FLOODING AND DEBRIS
    FLOWS ARE LIKELY TO BEGIN IN THE NEXT HOUR.
    * ANYONE LIVING OR TRAVELING ON ROADS IN THE BUTTE FIRE BURN AREA
    ALONG JESUS MARIA CREEK AND THE CALAVERAS RIVER ESPECIALLY FROM
    WHISKEY SLIDE TO HIGHWAY 26 SHOULD BE ALERT FOR PROBABLE ROAD
    PROBLEMS DUE TO FLOODING, ROCK AND DEBRIS FLOWS.
    * ADDITIONAL AREAS OF CONCERN INCLUDE RAILROAD FLAT ROAD, MOUNTAIN
    RANCH ROAD, AND THE CONNECTING SMALLER ROADS WITHIN THE BUTTE FIRE
    BURN AREA. LARGE PORTIONS OF THE AREA HAVE BEEN SEVERELY BURNED.
    THESE AREAS NO LONGER ABSORB ANY RAINFALL, WHICH CAN LEAD TO
    ENHANCED RUNOFF AND POSSIBLE DEBRIS FLOWS.
