    California...
    Truckee River Near Truckee affecting Nevada and Placer Counties
    The Truckee River above Truckee is slowly falling early this
    morning, but as reservoir releases are increased from Lake Tahoe,
    the river should rise above flood stage by late Sunday afternoon or
    Sunday evening. After the river rises above flood stage, it is
    likely to remain just above minor flood stage for several days. This
    is likely to create minimal flood impacts, except to the bike path
    and a few campgrounds in the area, and to some yards and basements
    very near the river.
    The Flood Warning continues for
    The Truckee River Near Truckee.
    * until further notice.
    * At 1:30 AM Sunday the stage was 4.2 feet.
    * Flood stage is 4.5 feet.
    * Minor flooding is forecast.
    * Forecast...The river will continue to fall into early Sunday then
    rise above flood stage late Sunday afternoon. The river will crest
    near 4.7 feet Sunday evening and remain above flood stage through
    much of the week.
    * Impact...At 4.5 feet, minor flooding from Bear Creek in the
    Alpine Meadows area to Truckee is likely. The Truckee River bike
    path between the River Ranch at Alpine Meadows Road to Tahoe City
    begins to flood. A few basements and yards of some low-lying homes
    along the river may begin to flood. Deep Creek Campground begins
    to flood.

    Cosumnes River At Michigan Bar
    .Lines of intense convection are causing rapid rises on
    area rivers and streams. The Cosumnes River at Michigan Bar is forecast
    to reach flood stage in the next couple hours. The Cosumnes River at Mcconnell is expected to rise above monitor stage this evening.
    Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and
    hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

    * until Friday afternoon...Or until the warning is cancelled.
    * At 2:30 PM Thursday the stage was 11.2 feet.
    * Minor flooding is forecast.
    * Expected to rise above flood stage of 12.0 FT this afternoon then
    forecast to rise to near 13.0 FT this evening then forecast to
    fall below flood stage of 12.0 FT then forecast to recede to near
    7.5 FT tomorrow afternoon.
    * Flood stage 12.0 ft
    * Monitor stage 7.0 ft
    * Impact...Near 13.2 feet, Water floods houses in Wilton. The south
    bank levee near Wilton is overtopped.
    * Impact...Near 12.0 feet, Water flows on to the road near Wilton.
    * Impact...Near 8.0 feet, Low lying lands along the river begin to
    flood.

    URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS IN CALAVERAS...WESTERN AMADOR...
    SOUTHWESTERN TUOLUMNE AND NORTHEASTERN STANISLAUS COUNTIES...
    AT 848 PM PST THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUE TO
    MOVE OVER MUCH OF THE MOTHERLODE AND EASTERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY.
    URBAN FLOODING AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN
    JACKSON AND ACROSS MUCH OF AMADOR COUNTY.
    RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1.00 TO 4.00 INCHES HAVE FALLEN OVER THE PAST
    6 HOURS. HEAVY RAIN FELL OVER MUCH OF THIS SAME AREA ON SATURDAY.
    ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 2 INCHES WILL POSSIBLE THROUGH THE
    NIGHT. EVEN AFTER THE RAIN ENDS DRAINAGE OF WATER WILL BE SLOW.
    A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
    STREAM RISES WILL BE SLOW AND FLASH FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED.
    HOWEVER...ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS
    IMMEDIATELY.
