    * TIMING: A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW IS EXPECTED SATURDAY...THEN
    BECOMING ALL SNOW LATE SATURDAY NIGHT. THE HEAVIEST SNOW IS
    EXPECTED SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING WITH ANOTHER ROUND
    OF SNOW LIKELY SUNDAY NIGHT.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: 1 TO 3 FEET ABOVE 7000 FEET WITH 6 TO 12
    INCHES BETWEEN 6000 AND 7000 FEET...INCLUDING LAKE TAHOE.
    * WINDS: SOUTH 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 55 MPH. SIERRA RIDGES
    GUSTING UP TO 110 MPH.
    * SNOW LEVELS: STARTING AROUND 8000 FEET THEN RAPIDLY FALLING
    TO VALLEY FLOORS BY SUNDAY MORNING. APPROXIMATE RAIN TO SNOW
    CHANGEOVER TIMES FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
    * DONNER PASS AND ECHO SUMMIT: 10 PM TO 2 AM SATURDAY NIGHT.
    * LAKE TAHOE LEVEL: 1 AM TO 4 AM SUNDAY MORNING.
    * HIGHWAY 395/203 INTERCHANGE IN MONO COUNTY: 3 AM TO 6 AM
    SUNDAY MORNING.
    * IMPACTS: SNOW LEVELS WILL FALL RAPIDLY WITH ROADS QUICKLY
    BECOMING SNOW COVERED. SLOW TRAVEL AND CHAIN CONTROLS ARE
    LIKELY. THE COMBINATION OF WIND AND HEAVY SNOW MAY CREATE
    PERIODS OF NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY...ESPECIALLY OVERNIGHT.
