    PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL INTO MONDAY MORNING. SATURATED
    SOILS WILL CONTINUE TO LEAD TO INCREASED RUNOFF AND AN INCREASED
    CHANCE OF MUD AND DEBRIS FLOWS IN THE FOOTHILLS AND MOUNTAINS
    BELOW THE SNOW LINE THROUGH MONDAY MORNING IN ADDITION TO ROCK
    SLIDES.
    THERE WILL ALSO CONTINUE TO BE A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING OF LOW
    LYING AREAS...PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS...AND FLOODING OF
    SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS.

    THE FLOOD WATCH IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR FOOTHILLS AND LOWER MOUNTAIN
    LOCATIONS WHICH INCLUDE ALL OR PART OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
    * A PORTION OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
    AMADOR...BUTTE...CALAVERAS...COLUSA...EL DORADO...GLENN... ...
    LAKE...NEVADA...PLACER...SHASTA...STANISLAUS...TEHAMA...
    TUOLUMNE...YOLO AND YUBA.
    * THROUGH MONDAY MORNING
    * EXCESSIVE RAINFALL ON SATURATED SOILS HAS INCREASED THE CHANCES
    OF MUD AND DEBRIS FLOWS AS WELL AS ROCK SLIDES. THIS INCLUDES
    AREAS OUTSIDE OF THE BURN SCARS AS WELL AS THE BURN SCAR AREAS
    THEMSELVES.
    * POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS...PONDING OF WATER ON
    ROADWAYS...AND FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS.
    * RAINY WEATHER WILL CONTINUE TO BRING PERIODS OF MODERATE TO
    HEAVY RAINFALL INTO MONDAY MORNING BEFORE ENDING.
