    The National Weather Service in Hanford has issued a Dense Fog
    Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM PST Thursday.
    * VISIBILITIES...1/4 mile or less and as low as 100 feet in some
    spots.
    * LOCATION...Dense fog is expected to cover a large portion of the
    San Joaquin Valley from Merced and Los Banos southward through
    Kern County to Bakersfield.
    * IMPACTS...Travel delays.
    Dense fog is the number one killer of weather related fatalities
    in the San Joaquin Valley during the winter season. When the fog
    is dense, drive with common sense! That means motorists should
    slow down and keep safe braking distance between your car and the
    car in front of you. Avoid passing other cars, especially on two
    lane roads. Make sure your low beam headlights are turned on.
