CENTRAL VENTURA AND NORTHWESTERN LOS ANGELES COUNTIES...
At 1145 PM PDT, Doppler radar continued to show moderate to locally
heavy rain occurring across the eastern portion of the Ventura
County Valleys. This band of showers will continue to move east
towards the Creek and La Tuna Burn areas by midnight. With rainfall
rates around a quarter of an inch to a third of an inch per hour,
roadway flooding and minor debris flows across the Creek and La Tuna
burn areas are possible.
