    CONTINUE THROUGH AT LEAST FRIDAY. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE IN
    SOUTHERN SANTA BARBARA COUNTY...THE ANTELOPE VALLEY...THE
    INTERSTATE 5 CORRIDOR...THE SANTA CLARITA VALLEY...AND THE SANTA
    MONICA MOUNTAINS LATE THURSDAY AFTERNOON INTO FRIDAY MORNING
    WHERE GUSTS BETWEEN 60 AND 80 MPH ARE POSSIBLE. THE STRONG WINDS
    IN THESE LOCATIONS WILL POTENTIALLY BRING DOWNED TREES AND POWER
    LINES.

    ...HIGH WIND WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON
    THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...
    * WINDS...NORTHWEST WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH ARE
    EXPECTED TONIGHT THROUGH MID DAY THURSDAY...THEN INCREASING TO
    25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 60 AND 80 MPH LATE THURSDAY INTO
    FRIDAY MORNING. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE THROUGH THE
    INTERSTATE 5 CORRIDOR AND IN THE WESTERN PART OF THE ANTELOPE
    VALLEY.
    * IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY
    FOR DRIVERS OF HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES AND VEHICLES TOWING
    TRAILERS. WINDS THIS STRONG MAY DOWN TREES AND POWER LINES...
    AND CAUSE PROPERTY DAMAGE. MAJOR ROADWAYS THAT COULD BE AFFECTED
    INCLUDE HIGHWAYS 5...14...AND 138. IN ADDITION... AREAS OF
    BLOWING DUST AND SAND COULD RESTRICT VISIBILITIES TO NEAR ZERO
    AT TIMES IN THE ANTELOPE VALLEY.
