  • ...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PST SATURDAY...
    The National Weather Service in Hanford has issued a Dense Fog
    Advisory, which is in effect until 11 AM PST Saturday.
    * VISIBILITY...Visibility less than 1/4 of a mile with some areas
    below 500 feet. Dense fog has been reported along Interstate 5
    over the Grapevine. Other areas affected may include Highway 58
    to Tehachapi and Highway 178 west of Lake Isabella.
    * IMPACTS...Dangerous driving conditions. Dense fog can be very
    patchy in nature and can catch a driver off guard. Visibility
    can drop to near zero in a very short distance.

    VISALIA.
    * VISIBILITY...VARYING FROM UNLIMITED TO LESS THAN 200 FEET IN
    PATCHY DENSE FOG.
    * IMPACTS...DANGEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS DUE TO SUDDEN POOR
