    * At 552 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
    Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in
    the advisory area. Especially for parts of the Way Fire Burn Scar.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Wofford Heights, Riverkern and Kernville.

    * As of this afternoon, high water levels continue on the San
    Joaquin River downstream of Friant Dam. Large releases of
    water are expected to keep the river flowing high and swift
    into next week. This Flood Advisory is now in effect until
    Tuesday.
