    TO FREEZING RAIN SHORTLY AFTER. ANY PERIODS OF ICE SHOULD CHANGE
    TO RAIN BY LATE MORNING.
    * LOCATIONS INCLUDE...ETNA...CALLAHAN...HAPPY CAMP...SEIAD
    VALLEY...INCLUDING PORTIONS OF HIGHWAYS 3 AND 96.
    * IMPACTS...TRAVEL ON HIGHWAYS AND ROADWAYS COULD QUICKLY BECOME
    TREACHEROUS AS FREEZING RAIN AND ICE CREATE SLICK ROADS. ICE
    ON WALKING SURFACES WILL CREATE EXTREMELY SLIPPERY AND
    DANGEROUS CONDITIONS. EVEN A SMALL AMOUNT OF ICE CAN CREATE
    HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS.
