or near Happy Camp, moving northwest at 35 mph.
Wind gusts of 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Happy Camp, Curley Jack Campground and Seiad Valley.

Highway 96 in California between mile markers 40 and 63.
Heavy rainfall of a quarter to as much as a half of an inch in one
hour or less is possible through 945 AM PDT with this storm.
Localized debris flow flooding is possible in and immediately down
drainage from areas that were recently severely burned. Do not drive
your vehicle through flooded roadways.
