THE PUBLICALSO REPORTED THAT THE LITTLE BEAVER CREEK HAD COME OUT OF ITS BANKSAT THIS LOCATION.DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL HAD ALSOOCCURRED ALONG THE CHEYENNE AND RAWLINS COUNTY LINE TO THE SOUTH OFMCDONALD AND TO THE SOUTHEAST OF BIRD CITY. EVEN THOUGH THE HEAVYRAINFALL HAD ENDED...FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS IN THE AREA AND OTHERLOW LYING AREAS WILL CONTINUE DUE TO SUCH A LARGE AMOUNT OF RAIN INA SHORT TIME.PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT OROCCURRING. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA...MOVE TO HIGHER GROUNDIMMEDIATELY. RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKEIMMEDIATE PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY.
