IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS...BUTLER...HARVEY...KINGMAN...RENO AND SEDGWICK. IN SOUTHEASTKANSAS...ALLEN...GREENWOOD AND WOODSON* THROUGH THIS EVENING.* SHOWERS AND OCCASIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN AREEXPECTED. FLOODING IS LIKELY DUE TO SATURATED GROUND SOILS FORMANY LOCATIONS IN THE WATCH AREA.* RAINFALL RATES OF ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR MAY OVERWHELMSTORM DRAINS IN URBAN AREAS RESULTING IN STREET FLOODING. LOWWATER CROSSINGS MAY BECOME IMPASSABLE IN RURAL AREAS. TYPICALFLOOD PRONE AREAS WILL LIKELY FLOOD. THE ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINWILL LIKELY CAUSE MORE RISES ON RIVERS.
