Police Crack Down on Drug Dealers

Last week the Santa Barbara County sheriff’s department arrested 11 people and recovered $23,300 worth of illegal narcotics as the result of numerous drug busts. On 5/22 a raid of a Goleta home yielded six ounces of methamphetamine and $7,600 in cash, while a Lompoc man was found in possession of one ounce of tar heroin. On 5/23 two house raids resulted in the arrests of eight alleged drug dealers.
