Police arrested Justin Hill, 20, after he allegedly attempted to board a United Express airplane without proper authorization on 8/29. According to police, Hill tried to enter the plane after it had landed and its passengers had disembarked. After being tasered by Santa Barbara Airport security, Hill was booked on counts of resisting a peace officer and trespassing. His bail was set at $2,500.
