Juarez Pleads Not Guilty to Re-filed Charges

After having murder charges against him dismissed last week, 15-year-old Ricardo Juarez pled not guilty on 2/11 to the same charges, which were quickly re-filed by the District Attorney’s Office. Juarez is accused of stabbing 15-year-old Luis Angel Linares to death during a brawl on State Street in March 2006. Juarez was 14 years old at the time and is the youngest person ever to be charged as an adult.
