This Saturday and Sunday, May 17-18, downtown Santa Barbara will be crawling with nearly 400 hot rods and classic cars from across the country as drivers motor their way from upper State Street to Pershing Park as part of the 10th annual Wheels and Waves. In addition to cool autos to ogle, there will be live music and food and drinks. The weekend will also include a barbecue at the Goleta Elks Club, a car competition, and an awards ceremony.
