The Winter Night Sky

This Tuesday, February 16, head to the Camino Real Marketplace (6950 Marketplace Drive in Goleta) for Telescope Tuesday, a star-viewing night sponsored by Astronomical Unit, an amateur astronomy club based at the S.B. Museum of Natural History. The public is invited to observe the night sky through industrial-grade telescopes set up near Borders Books & Music. Star staring starts at 7 p.m. every third Tuesday each month, weather permitting, until the summer season. Call 964-8201 for more info.
