Home Restoration Show to Feature Backyard Renovations
A opportunity to earn some fame for a fortune spent is coming to Santa Barbara.
From April 5 to 8, HGTV will be Santa Barbara-side to shoot Bang for Your Buck, one of the network’s series that focuses on home renovations. One of the show’s casting directors, Cyndi Ortiz, is looking for three backyard/outdoor living renovations that were completed within the last three years and cost somewhere between from $20,000 and $140,000.
The three chosen renovations will be assessed by a local real estate agent and an HGTV design expert to determine which project reaped the most economic reward.
Ortiz, apparently, is excited about filming in Santa Barbara. “We are looking for fun and enthusiastic homeowners that are ready and willing to show their space to the camera.”
