Genise Schu’s Molestation Victim Sues Her

The victim of convicted child molester Genise Schu has filed a lawsuit against Schu and her husband, Donald, seeking damages. Filed last week, the lawsuit alleges 12 different complaints including sexual battery, sexual assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, according to reports. Schu was recently sentenced to six years in state prison on molestation charges. She also will register as a sex offender for that period. She had an ongoing sexual relationship for seven years with the victim, her son’s friend, beginning when he was 13.
