Channel Islands Marine & Wildlife Institute to Host Seaside Fundraiser

Fundraiser party aboard the <em>Condor Express</em> will help raise funds for S.B.’s seals and sea lions.

The Channel Islands Marine & Wildlife Institute will be a hosting a fundraiser aboard the Condor Express this Sunday, August 15, to benefit area seals and sea lions in rehabilitation. The cost of one $35 ticket for this cruise for a cause—which will feature food, drinks, and entertainment along the S.B. shoreline—will feed a pup for a week. Check-in begins at 3:30 p.m. at Sea Landing (301 W. Cabrillo Blvd.), and the voyage will run until 6 p.m. Call 231-7496 for more info.
