Blue Eyed Girl Opening Santa Barbara Store

Radius Group Commercial Real Estate, Inc. is pleased to announce the lease of 2,500 square feet of retail space to Blue Eyed Girl, at 1021 State Street. Brian Johnson and Bob Tuler of Radius, represented the owner and Brad Frohling of Radius represented Blue Eyed Girl.

With stores in San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente and Laguna Beach, the Santa Barbara location is expected to open November 2010.

In the first quarter of 2010 there were six spaces in the 1000 block of State for lease. Today there is one. Blue Eyed Girl is going to be a great fit for the area.”
