UCSB’s Davidson Library is celebrating its three millionth volume this week with the addition of Charles Hobson’s Trees to its stacks. An artists’ books exhibit will be on display though Wednesday, December 15, in honor of the achievement. Visit library.ucsb.edu for more info.

The Santa Barbara International Film Festival recently named Annette Bening as the recipient of next year’s American Riviera Award. Bening will be honored at a career retrospective and ceremony on Friday, January 28, at the Arlington Theatre. Visit sbiff.org for details.
