Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care’s annual remembrance services honor loved ones that have died, and provide comfort to families and friends through inspirational music, sharing stories, and a ceremonial candle lighting and rose ritual. VNHC encourages the community to bring the entire family, including children, to celebrate the company of loved ones present, and to remember the love of those who have passed.

As part of these two events, VNHC will produce a Photo Remembrance slideshow presentation honoring special loved ones. For those who are unable to attend the services, VNHC still encourages the community to email a photo of a deceased loved one that will be included in the slideshow. Please remember to include a name with each photo so they can be properly recognized.
