Mark your calendar for the 5k and Finale hosted by ABC’S Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition
When: Sunday, April 28th, 2013 – 8:00A – 12:00p FINALE w/ 5K following event. If you ONLY want to participate in the 5k, registration will be at 12:00p.
Where: Please check-in at Rooney’s Irish Pub parking lot at 8:00a Check-in closes at 8:45a
Dress: Please dress casual or in running clothes if you plan on running the 5K after the finale. NO logos, DO NOT wear all black or all white.
*Note: This finale will be filmed OUTDOORS, please dress appropriately for the weather.

Include your full name, email address, phone number, and the number of people in your party and we’ll forward all of the details for the shoot as they are available.
NOTE: If you are participating in the 5K, please include that in the email.

• Children under 3 will not be admitted to this event
• You will be required to sign an appearance release to attend
• Anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian present to sign the appearance release
• Entrance to the finale will be first come, first served
• Prizes will be given away at the end of the finale
