County Denies TTT Winery Appeal

A proposed winery on Roblar Avenue in the Santa Ynez Valley — the TTT Winery — was denied by the Board of Supervisors on 6/4. The board said the winery was too big for the five-acre parcel it was planned for and that it wasn’t compatible with the neighborhood. The board — with the majority of Salud Carbajal, Janet Wolf, and Doreen Farr voting down the winery’s appeal — followed the planning department’s recommendation in denying the discretionary permit for the proposed 4,000-case-per-year operation.
