Nashville, TN – Fueled by continued growth and a focus on providing clients with integrated, strategic communications expertise, ReviveHealth has added three new members to its team: Evan Smith and Mark Willis as senior vice president, and Jessica Blackburn as marketing manager. The move takes the firm to 23 employees, including 12 in its headquarters office here in the nation’s health care services capital.

Evan brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate, financial and investor communications, market analysis and evaluation, corporate positioning, merger and acquisition activity, equity and debt financing, and crisis and issues management. Prior to joining ReviveHealth, Evan served as lead for investor relations for inVentiv Health and held senior positions at Chandler Chicco Companies and FTI Consulting. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, Evan previously founded CPR Financial Communications, a health care and technology investor relations and corporate communication advisory firm that was acquired by Weber Shandwick. Evan previously earned a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Mark brings 28 years of agency-side experience in health care integrated marketing communications. His agency career includes small regional PR firms, large national full-service marketing communication agencies, as well as global communications firm FleishmanHillard. He has led marketing communications and crisis management for one of the country’s top academic medical centers, played a central role in the successful introduction of several blockbuster drugs for biotech and pharmaceutical firms, and launched a first-of-its-kind, web-based repository of community-based organizations and for-profit companies looking to partner in the battle against childhood obesity. Mark graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in journalism and public relations.
Jessica brings seven years of experience in business-to-business strategic marketing and sales support. In her role as marketing manager, Jessica is focused on raising awareness and visibility of the firm, and the growth of the agency’s Health Services, Health Technology and Healthy Living practices. Prior to joining ReviveHealth, she served as marketing and sales manager at SMS Holdings where she led a team responsible for all marketing communication, events, proposal and database functions for seven operating companies servicing multiple industries including health care, hospitality, retail, sports & leisure, downtown improvement districts, transportation and aviation. Jessica graduated from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and a minor in economics.
