McDonald’s® Will Give Away 2,400 Backpacks to Kids From K – 8th Grade
In addition, McDonald’s will host a Back-to-School Fair in Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Atascadero and Grover Beach with local community partners, designed to be a one-stop shop for your Back-to-School needs!
When: Saturday, July 27, 2013
7 a.m. – 9 a.m. Back-to-School Fairs in Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Atascadero and Grover Beach
7:30 a.m. ‘Line Up’ Begins
8 a.m. Backpack distribution
Where: Participating McDonald’s in Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Carpinteria, San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles
What: FREE backpacks to students (kindergarten through 8th grade) while supplies last
Why: Local Central Coast McDonald’s Owners are committed to the community and children’s well-being. A wholesome breakfast from McDonald’s is just one way to get students started on a successful school year!
Backpack giveaway is good at participating McDonald’s restaurants in Central Coast. Back-to-School Fair will only take place at the following locations: 29 N. Milpas Rd. in Santa Barbara, 320 N. Broadway in Santa Maria, 1550 Grand Ave. in Grover Beach, and 6300 Morro Rd. in Atascadero. Excludes Wal-Mart McDonald’s. Backpack giveaway is valid only on Saturday, July 27 at 8 a.m., while supplies last. Child must be present for offer. One free backpack per school age child (kindergarten through 8th grade) accompanied by an adult.
