Of the Corporations, by the Corporations …

In regard to the letter by Ken Cohen you printed recently, I can’t emphasize too strongly that we all need to take heed of his message. Campaign donations have polluted our politicians to the point where we are being totally ruled by big business: Thee biggest donations win the right to dictate what direction the country should go. And our politicians are lining their own pockets by voting as directed by those with the funds to assure a comfortable life for themselves and their families even after their term of office is over.

What’s become of a country supposedly being controlled by the people, to one being ruled by corporations with an abundance of self-interests? When are we going to take back our control of our country? Mr. Cohen’s push to achieve a grassroots movement to achieve the XXVIII Amendment to the Constitution is the answer to the current mess we find ourselves in. Let’s speak up for our rights and support the movement to take back our government.
