ZeeBlu Closes Financing and Announces New Directors

Santa Barbara, CA, April 15, 2014 – Today ZeeBlu announced it has accepted a raise of investment funds to support their business expansion plan. Chad Ratliffe, CEO of ZeeBlu, said, “We’ve built a significant customer base in the local Santa Barbara market, all of which are thrilled with the way we have partnered to help them create an effective digital marketing program. Two new additions to the ZeeBlu Board of Directors were also announced.

Scott Martiny, currently CEO of Strategic Beverage Solutions Inc. will bring extensive knowledge of how to recruit, organize and train a direct sales force operating out of local offices in each market. In addition he brings executive management experience in a number of successful fast growth companies like Kronos Inc. and InfoGenesis Inc. “ZeeBlu has a very unique strategy, which their success over the last two years demonstrates the market is looking for. The Digital Marketing services industry is cluttered with companies who are not delivering results to their customers, results ZeeBlu can deliver.”

Roger Willmon, also joins the board as a veteran investment manager and seasoned commercial banker. “The key criteria of any situation I look to become involved with is the quality of the team, clarity of the market, a business’ strategy to dominate that market, and the leadership’s passion to achieve that objective.
