Thieves Who Stole From Seniors Caught on Camera

The three people shown in the surveillance photographs distracted a 65-year-old woman and stole her wallet while she was shopping in a Santa Barbara discount store, according to a media release from the Santa Barbara Police Department. Subsequently, the subjects used the victim’s stolen credit cards to spend over $14,000.00 at retail stores in Goleta and Santa Barbara. The triad has committed similar crimes in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles.
