Matt Crandall, a 44-year-old Santa Maria man wanted for breaking his probation and for his possible connection to a Habitat for Humanity truck stolen earlier this month, was arrested Thursday in Santa Maria on a warrant for probation violation. Crandall was booked into Santa Barbara County Jail with no bail, according to a Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office press release. County sheriffs and the Santa Maria Police Department are still investigating Crandall’s recent thefts.
