The Architectural Board of Review suggests a “radical reduction” of the proposed 60-foot multi-use building on De la Guerra Street.
Supervisors Capps and Williams announced that the board would be holding a special hearing this Thursday to discuss the matter and explore possible legal remedies.
The proposed building will provide approximately 34 residential apartments for adults with mental illness and substance abuse disorders, many of whom are homeless.
