ABOUT THE SHOW: What is a bandoneon? It looks like an overgrown concertina! It’s also the perfect instrument to accompany the tango. Watch & Hear the love story between tango and the bandoneon instrument as expertly played by the Latin Grammy nominee Hugo Satorre. Joining him will be pianist Winnie Cheung. They play together like dance partners.
Creating a stronger tango community with these Milongas is the goal of the presenters. Dancing is encouraged and there’s nothing like live music and a dance floor to make the magic happen.
