Beginning 7/1, the Goleta branch of the Santa Barbara Public Library System will cut its Monday hours, opening at 2 p.m. instead of 10 a.m. Just last week, the same library announced that it would be closing at 8 p.m. on Monday instead of 9 p.m. The library remains open 10 a.m.-8 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday; 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Friday and Saturday; and Sunday 1-5 p.m.
