Bachan, a Santa Barbara native, was struck and killed on 3/29 by a vehicle allegedly driven by Cabrera, who authorities say ran a red light at an intersection near the USC campus where Bachan was attending school. Authorities allege that after the vehicle struck Bachan, Luna got out of the car and pushed a second person off the hood and onto the ground, and the vehicle drove off.
