Supes Approve Additional Funding for Vista del Mar Hospital

Because of the increased usage of county-supplied psychiatric beds in the first part of 2010, the Board of Supervisors on 4/13 unanimously approved a contract amendment with Ventura-based Aurora Vista del Mar Hospital for $510,000 in additional funding to continue to provide acute hospital services for people with severe mental illness.
