Spend an evening with Devorah Brous, founder/director of Bustan, a partnership of Jewish and Arab eco-builders, architects, academics and farmers promoting social and environmental change. BUSTAN utilizes principles of permaculture and non-violent direct action across ethnic divides to steward a healthy and sustainable connection with the Land and all of its people. Devorah is an American-Israeli and has spent 13 years engaged in small-scale local efforts for social change.
